Powershell script to add a User Profile Property and synch it with an Active Directory property in SharePoint 2010

aackose's avatar aackose on March 20, 2012

There were a chunk of PS scripts that did the user profile property creation and sync, swarming in google. But i faced a lot of issues during the execution. Hence thought of posting the corrected one here. This script is origanlly taken from the link below:

http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/SP2010-PowerShell-to-0fda04f7

The corrected script:

AddUPProperty.ps1

NB: Please ensure that you remove the “.pdf” extension from the downloaded file. The original file name is “AddUPProperty.ps1“
